- Hi, my name is Jeff Carroll and I am an American studying for my MBA at Madrid’s IE Business School. For the next 14 months I will focus on learning a new language, adapting to a new culture, and building lasting relationships with my MBA cohorts… oh yes and there will be classwork too.
